My version of the favorite Filipino housewife outfit which is the"DUSTER"

and it comes with a black obi waist hand embroidered belt

i don't have a close up of the belt but it looks something like this  but with more details

 a new mix media painting on canvas  i'm working on 

very similar to my doodle drawings. 

tread instead of ink

and i don't like sketching it on the fabric first its more freehand i just wait for the images to come then i sew ;) its like i hate using pencil as an outline  when i doodle

like what i learned from the lovely Ms. Tina D.

"i hate using patterns on my beading, its so grade school" 

its  actually the minimal version of this outfit i made  that i wore during the elimination

 and  the little black dress wouldn't be complete without Gorgeous sky high heels ;)

the jellyfish Invasion

My first piece for GEN M

one day i dreamt of this huge gray room
i walked inside and in the middle 
of that room i saw i small crystal  lake
went closer and saw this form of a woman naked 
lying on the middle 
gray hair, blue lips
no other features
surrounded by a school of jellyfishes 
intertwined 
connected
then i woke up..

i chose the jellyfish as my inspiration because of all the interesting facts about

them that i can relate to 

usually misunderstood as beautiful but mindless creatures

 they don't have blood , a brain and a heart

but yet they have survived for almost half a billion years 

seemingly harmless but a few of its species are considered to be one of the deadliest creatures on earth

simple but complex 

mysterious beautiful alien like creatures of the sea

The body of my gown is an abstract representation of the sea and corals 

where the jellies come from

the beads embedded on the corals

represent polyps or jelly seedlings 

seedling that bloom in phases of the moon, or different climate changes depending on the species

Dear Blog,

Just a little Random Update

I feel so bad for not being able to do any posts

its just been a crazy crazy month

im emotionally drained

and to top it off i was sick for 3 weeks

imagine how hard that was to compete while feeling like a dried up veggie 

anywhoos i'm sort of back 

im just taking advantage of the little free time that they gave.

But the good thing is that i lost a lot of weight 

extra skinny please

color me blue : Random update

Mood: Blue is a four letter Word

Dear Blog,

I'm Sort of back..

Been terribly busy with a lot of things

But I'm taking advantage of my 2 days-off-day-rest-till-your-heart-pops-day 

will be on turbo blogging mode and will update you my lovely blog

It feels good to be back online.

just dyed my hair Blue

my hair needs to change to help my moods .

i need to feel something new every week

BLUE Ruin is my pick of the week

a mixture of gray & blue

i love it when your hair color starts to fade

Past few weeks

my hair feels a little bit abused from all the dying 

And im excited for my passport renewal this week my photo will be super fun with the blue & gray hair 

All messed Up
i seriously need to clean my room

and i added new wall art ;) 

went to divi last week to look for materials. 

didn't find any..

 instead i got a cactus and named it Dorian

Last wednesday went to members only for the mega magazine party

a welcome home party for Furne One 

the first winner of Mega Young designer competition (1994)

and it was also a reunion for all the past contestants

Last Saturday was Our contract signing for the Mega young designer  competition

terrible terrible hangover from Rcxy's & Gian's  birthday celebration
i woke up wearing a green dress that day
